Was hesitant to buy this based on the one other review showing the baggy back support but I liked the look and took a gamble. Glad I did! The instructions aren’t super clear, so at first I made the same mistake as the other reviewer and got the saggy back, but then I looked at the product photos and instructions more closely and realized the back support needed to loop around the top bar before securing it the bottom. Once I did that, everything was perfect. The wood grain finish looks realistic. Cushions are comfortable and I love that they have texture. Very happy with the purchase.. Anonymous. Sat Sep 26 2026

Very nice quality, packed very well, easy to put together but did need some assistance connecting the seat and back. Cushions are firm but wish the back cushion was less pillow-like. Cushions get dirty easily but so far can clean easily. Wish the cushion material hid dirt better.. Eileen. TX. Tue Jun 02 2026

This set is very nice, sturdy, and exactly as I expected it to be. However, it arrived with two parts missing the holes needed to insert four of the screws. I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard. I just wish the installation had been easier and the parts had been properly manufactured.. Gili. San Francisco, CA. Sun Sep 20 2026

Love the way the set looks. Excited to try it out once the weather gets nice. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is there was a few washers missing from one of the chairs. These. Are. Excellent. Took maybe a half hour to put them together with a drill. Everything lined up perfectly. These look incredible for the price we paid. Super comfortable bottom cushion. Back cushion could be a bit more hefty, but works as is. Love the rubber bottom on the rockers as well as the rubber stopper so no one tumbles over backwards. Tables are made of metal, which I didn't know, but very much love because it is way more weather-resistant than wood. I would buy these all over again if I had the space for more. HIGHLY recommend!!!. Tricia. ME. Sat Jul 04 2026
