I absolutely love these tiles! They have such a beautiful vintage, French-inspired look and add so much character and charm to my spare bathroom. They are definitely distressed, so if you prefer everything to look clean and perfect, these probably arent for you. My mom actually thinks the grout looks dirty, but thats exactly the aged, textured look I was going for! I love how much warmth and personality they add to the space. The quality is great, but installation can be tricky with the little square pieces and spacing. Id recommend having some tiling experience before tackling these.. Danielle. CO. Sat Oct 10 2026

The product arrived in perfect condition and matched what I had; I can't even calculate what it would have cost to remove all my existing tiles because I could not repair it.. Margaret. Like stone, ceramic and porcelain, Alterna Engineered Tile flooring is incredibly beautiful and durable. But its comfortable surface makes Alterna warmer to the touch, kinder to your feet, and easier to care for in any room of your home.

This flooring is perfect for the entry area of our house. Initially I was skeptical about ordering 'vinyl' type flooring - we had just put in new hardwood floors (acacia) which is pretty 'stout' and I didn't want something flimsy tying into it especially in a high traffic area. This Engineered Tile is definitely not flimsy, more like slate. I use a wood stove as my primary heat, so this entry sees a lot of heavy traffic and this tile handles it. I would buy it again..
