I’m very pleased with this iced tea maker so far. Even though the pitcher is glass, it is surprisingly lightweight and easy to lift. It also brews the tea fairly quickly. I don’t like my tea too strong, so I really like that you can adjust the strength to your preference. We love our Bodum French Press. We have one for each of us. The 17oz size is perfect for the person who only wants 2 cups of coffee. The design is modern and so beautiful! I make sure to hand dry the stainless steel press so it always looks shiny. We usually wrap our presses with a clean dish cloth so it stays warm even longer. We use two tablespoons ( included is a plastic spoon) of courser ground coffee so grounds do not sift through the mesh plunger. Set your timer for 4 minutes and then push down gently on the plunger. Don’t forget to line up the little ‘arrow’ on the lid with spout. Voila!. Jasmin. Bonita Springs, FL. Wed Oct 19 2022

Coffee taste varies with personal preference, so you can adjust the ratio of coffee grounds to water, and add sugar or milk as desired.

UPDATE: I received a replacement that functions as it should, without leaking like the first one did. Well, I erroneously thought I was getting a good deal, but I was wrong. I purchased this because my other coffee maker is messy. It turns out that this one is a dribble glass and also makes a mess. Not happy. If Wayfair was smart they’d allow video reviews but I guess that’s asking too much. Val. US. Tue Jul 28 2026
