Wayfair tint review Omg, okay, if I can do this, almost ANYONE can do this! This was window tint stuff was necessary because I live by the beach with south-facing sliding doors that had no blinds when I moved in a few months ago. I ordered it in May 2026. It’s mid-April now and the sun is getting hotter with every passing day. So, I decided today that I need to just bite the bullet and try to do this myself. I hadn’t done it yet because I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews… [Btw, I’m 46 F, single, my dad just passed away (he was great did all the handyman stuff whenever I needed anything) and I do have a brother but he lives 1.5 hours away.] Well, I used a baby shampoo from the Dollar Tree Store to clean the sliders a few days ago. Oh, and I used that brown paper that comes as “filling” in delivery boxes instead of paper towels to clean. Anyway, it only took about 4-5 minutes to cover the first slider door I did! I still can’t believe it! It took about 45 minutes to do the stationary window slider, however. The roll was too wide to fit right up against the window pane so I had to figure out how to cut the roll down to size. I seriously wish i had a little saw because that would have made it soooo much faster easier. Once the roll was narrow enough to put up against the window, it only took about another 5 minutes until it was finished! (I accidentally trimmed off some of the weather stripping, though, so be careful.) And now I’m leaving this review while I’m ordering another roll for my other south facing windows!. Kristen. It can effectively prevent outsiders from peeping into the room, while also ensuring clear indoor vision during the day. At night, if the room is lit, it might be possible for people outside to see the inside, but it is much less easy than through a transparent window.

These reflective window films are designed to reduce the amount of heat transmitted through window glass by reflecting some of the heat back outside but still allowing light in to maintain your view. Static cling to the glass, easy to install, without being worried about left residue when you remove; Customize the glass surfaces to suit your design needs and wishes.

We got this to set up for spring and summer in the north west. We were told that summers are short but can be very sunny and heat up our home quite a lot. We also love bird watching and wanted a way to keep the birds from seeing us while we watch them. We put it up in less than an hour using soapy water in a spray bottle, a straight edge razor and a squeegee. It’s perfect for what we needed. Time will tell if it keep the house cooler but so far the birds love it and use our window feeders way more now. They can see in at night but during the day inside the house is invisible for them. Makes great birdwatching from the couch possible.. Scarlet. Kirkland, WA. Fri Apr 19 2024

Reflective material on the exterior provides privacy protection and a mirror effect during the daytime while maintaining your view of the outside. Before applying, remember to tear off the protective film. (Please stick tape on the film's corner to peel off the clear backing from the film)Spray more soapy water on the glass and surface of the film, the more water, the better, and scrape all the bubbles out with a squeegee. Cut the film from the window frame, pick up a corner at the edge, re-spray and paste, and scrape the bubble.

Not quite as easy to put on the window as I had hoped because after application I did have some bubbles. I have to believe that’s part of the risk that goes along with these decals. However, it is a good solution for privacy on the small pane windows that line our front door. Of course someone can see movement behind them but they can’t see into the house with any clarity. Did arrive quickly and in good packaging and was heavy duty!. Leah. Maryland. Thu Apr 15 2021

Inspired by the Geometric Theater of Architect A. C. Norman： -This is more than just a window decal; it is a dynamic decorative art piece that dances with the light. -We have distilled the flowing lines and overlapping geometric forms of the theater into a vibrant, modern composition. When sunlight passes through, magic happens—the four classic primary colors (blue, yellow, red, and green) project clear, vivid light spots onto your walls and floors. -As the sun moves across the sky, these color blocks shift slowly like graceful dancers, overlapping and transforming. They turn your entire room into a vibrant and rhythmic theater of light and shadow.
