I love the nightstands, and the assembly was very easy. There were some issues with finish on both stands. There is peeling laminate on both, and there are areas in which the stain is too dark (and looks like freckles), and where there is very little stain present. The only reason we give this bedframe 4 stars is because one of the posts came damaged as seen in the second picture. Additionally, instructions were pretty straightforward. There was one moment where it isn’t straightforward, as it doesn’t mention there is not a pre drilled hole for a screw for the middle portion of the frame. The bed frame has been pretty sturdy since we put it together, and had no issues putting our premium king sized mattress on it. We got the Mocha finish. Slightly lighted in person than pictured, but solid quality. No veneers or particle board here! Easy to put together. Took 2 people 30 mins with a few power tools. Ive been looking for a headboard for our new adjustable base bed. This headboard is the perfect fit for what we wanted and I am very pleased with the way it looks. It looks expensive (but its not!) and it is very sturdy. Although it would securely stand on its own, we mounted it on the wall about 4 inches off the floor because I wanted more of the headboard visible. I love the nightstands, and the assembly was very easy. There were some issues with finish on both stands. There is peeling laminate on both, and there are areas in which the stain is too dark (and looks like freckles), and where there is very little stain present. There is also an area on one nightstand where the finish is very rough and bumpy. The peeling veneer is a real concern . Hopefully, it doesn’t occur in other areas with use.. Patricia. I’d been eyeing this headboard for awhile but it seemed to sell out quickly. So after shopping at local furniture stores & seeing those $$$ prices, I nabbed this one as soon as I was notified it was back in stock! I was a bit nervous about what it would look like/quality for the price but I was happily satisfied with it. The only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars is that the small separations between the boards aren’t stained like the rest of the headboard is, so it’s noticeable ( but I have a discerning eye) at first and figured I’d have to get a brown paint marker to cover it, but actually it’s not noticeable from a distance and I haven’t seen anything while in the bed- so maybe it’s just the angle and I’m leaving it as is. Otherwise overall I’m very happy with it, it makes a statement in the room and gives my room a solid grounded base that I was wanting. I had been watching this headboard for a long time. I finally ordered and it was an open box so I saved even more. This is a solid and sturdy headboard and we love it. I have added pics so you can truly see the color and what to expect.
