Great piece, I use it as an end table. The top of unit hinges open and I hide a subwoofer in there. The space measures approx 8” tall, 17.5” wide, and 16.5” deep. Love the deep rich navy color of this piece. It took me approximately 2 hours to assemble and it wasn’t too difficult to follow the directions. All the pieces were included and it was well packed. There was a slight imperfection on one of the drawers and the drawers don’t fit perfectly. That’s a little disappointing. The baskets are awesome and overall, this table will serve its purpose aesthetically but I don’t know how well it will hold if I use it daily, for functional purposes. This accent cabinet was packaged well and not damaged. One of the drawer handles wasn’t attached, but we found all the screws and put it on, no problem. I noticed when adding supplies that the drawers don’t have anything to keep them from coming all the way out out when opening. So I’ll just have to be careful with that. The chest looks nice. The quality is good. However, the drawers only pull out about half way. Very weird. I thought about returning it but I can make it work. I read the reviews about the drawer problem but still ordered it because I liked it (I don't always trust the reviews). Also, in the product description the drawer dimensions are not listed.
