I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. My last chair also came from Wayfair and was fantastic, but it was fine for an upgrade. This chair is phenomenal! The green color is so beautiful and fits my office aesthetic perfectly. It's so comfortable and well-built. I could take or leave the massage feature. It's a heavy buzz, at best. The heat is great! Doesn't get super warm, but definitely enough to know it's on.
