Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Smooth Ceramic Sink: Our bathroom basin sink is made of solid ceramic with smooth and water-proof finish, which hardly leaves water stains. The pre-drilled three holes on the top is available to 8" widespread faucet (not included). Besides, the overflow with metal circle is in case of water spilling over when you forgot to turn off the tap.

The vanity itself is beautiful and made such a big difference in our bathroom. We previously had a basic builder-grade sink, and now the whole space feels completely different and much more finished. Assembly was fairly straightforward, not super easy, but manageable. We did end up hiring someone to help with the actual installation.
