I'm putting them together right now. Packaged well, so far it all looks there in good order. Make sure you know going into this that it is a 'rataan' look, not the real McCoy. Plastic, but it doesn't look bad. Easy directions, doing it by myself. 2 people would be easier though. Lots of extra bolts and washers. The holes aligned well for the bolts. In the one photo you might notice something missing. They did not have a way to secure the cushion to the ottoman frame. Its going to slide off constantly. I will use double sided tape on it. The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. I am impressed how quickly the cushions on these Ottomans inflated immediately after opening up the packaging. I wish there was a way to securely fasten the cushions onto the base of the ottoman. I added some Velcro to hopefully keep the cushions in place so they don’t blow away. I live in an area with high winds. The bases were easy to assemble by inserting eight screws into each of the bases to attach the legs. They are comfortable and look nice. These chairs are comfortable, sturdy and swivel and glide easily. They were assembled by a Wayfair tech who had no issues.
