I will be installing these in 2 weeks and they have been sitting in the packaging for a month. I ironed them so they would be ready to go at the new house in our guest bedroom. They ironed like a dream, no packaging wrinkles left. The fabric is what we used to call sack cloth..it has a nice weave to it. What was really impressive is that on both, the wide center stripe was actually placed in the center, just like you would find on curtains at a higher price point. I only gave it four stars because I ordered it without the cord (which I paid more for) and with inside mounting, and it came with a cord adjustment and outside mounting brackets and no screws. A lovely shade but because it's a block print, it's not perfectly straight in the east to west pattern. Also, while pulling the cord to raise them, then can be crooked, so I hold my other hand under them and guide them up so they are evenly raised. Overall, though, a really pretty product.. Jane. The Ashmont Ticking Stripe Tier Set is lovely, well made, and coordinates nicely with my wallpaper. The dark gray stripes appear a bit lighter in the picture than they are in reality but that may be my computer screen and not the fault of Wayfair. In my photos, they appear wrinkled because I hung them right out of the bag. (I couldn’t wait.) I’m sure they’ll look a lot better after a bit of pressing or straight from the dryer.
