Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. Easy to assemble. Comfortable and stylish. Only reason I did not give it 5 stats is that when you recline all the way back it does tend to fall forward so you have to be mindful when reclining.
