We got this gas range to replace our older one as the dimensions were what we needed. The look is squared and gives a modern feel to a kitchen. The material is of a high quality. The area that contains splashes and drips is fairly shallow, so it will need to be maintained clean, or spill over will be certain. The only thing I will need to get used to is the rack is very close to the gas knobs, and I’m afraid they will get hot during use and could pose a burn hazard. The griddle is sturdy and has a practical size for my stove. I tried making pita bread, but the dough stuck even though the griddle was seasoned. Since I used einkorn and spelt flour, which can be very sticky, I’m not sure whether the issue was the dough or the griddle. I’ll try cooking burgers on it next and update my review.. Abdalla. This gasland cooktop was a welcomed upgrade to the Jennie I previously had. The large modern grates are perfect for bigger pots and pans with plenty of space in between.
