I have several stove top smokers. This is one of them. It does a good job, you just have to insure the wood chips (make sure they are real fine) don't get wet from the juices. A little foil on the bottom with the ends turned up will do the trick. I smoke salmon regularly for my wife. Since I cook on an induction top, this smoker makes good contact with the hob and works efficiently. You will have to experiment to get your desired smoke flavor.. Jtom4cats. I like this arepa and flatbread cooking plate. It is the perfect size for a medium tortilla. It won’t work on an electric or glass top stove. You either need a gas stove or a grill. The Rachael Ray griddle pan is an excellent purchase. The issue with griddle pans is clean up afterwards. Many of them advertise this no stick actually need to be scrubbed clean.
