That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. We bought this as an overflow frig for our porch-at certain times it will get a lot of use. Right now, it’s doing what’s it supposed to do with the little I’ve had in there-cold things, cold & frozen things frozen. We were looking to replace a 30 year old frig & for something to fit with the old Coke machine & wood stove. This fit the bill at as reasonable a price as found anywhere. The delivery schedule kept us well informed when to expect it. The delivery guys were courteous & put it right where I asked them to. I watched the whole process & they were very careful.
