Easy to Smooth Out While most items left on top will leave a slight mark or indentation in the faux leather, the material is forgiving enough that you can easily rub your hand over it to make the marks disappear. Super cool looking! It’s vegan leather and my cat immediately poked a hole in the fabric, but she really latched on (she jumped on it not knowing it would be slick and had to catch herself - sigh) but the material is otherwise supple and has a leather feel and look that works really well. The storage area is small, and it’s taller than other ottomans of like size - which is great! Soft to sit on and soft to accidentally kick in the dark.
