The box was delivered damaged and the rocks were all over and it seemed like a lot were missing. Also the color is a very dark gray and not 2 tone grey as shown. Otherwise it is very nice but rocks should be packed better! The Fed Ex driver took a picture of the damaged box.. Patty. US. Thu Jun 18 2026

Love the fire pit. Goes perfectly on our stone patio. Gives off nice heat. My only complaint is that the ignition switch didn’t work straight out of the box. Otherwise I love it. Just mildly annoyed that the ignition didn’t work once from when it came out of the box.. Robert. Mansfield, MA. Wed May 27 2026

Absolutely beautiful fire table! I shopped extensively for one that met all my criteria and I’m so happy I landed on this one. We needed a propane model, wanted the tank to be hidden, wanted something other than gray, black or tan, and needed it to have good review scores. That did not prove easy to find. This one from AMS was exactly what we were looking for. Communication was excellent, the table made it from across the country to us with zero flaws, and we are now enjoying it. I’m not going to lie, however - help is needed to get it out of the crate it ships in. It definitely requires two strong people. Other than that, setup was easy. Highly recommend.. Janell. VA. Haven't used it since receiving it. All parts were included and it went together fairly easily except for the glass top was difficult to hold together while tighting it down. My husband said it would probably have been easier if he had had another person to help. The one minor issue is that the auto start didn't work at first until my husband read the trouble shouting area of the manual and it said to check the battery. He said nowhere else in the manual did they mention a AA battery was needed for the auto starter. It does look nice with the other rattan furniture we have.. Marilyn. Thu Oct 01 2026
