This is a rating for both the fountain and the great service. I've been looking at real rock water features for a while, always scared off by how much they weigh. I saw this and the positive ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered and it arrived in a couple of days. During the ordering process, I cheaped out and decided I could install it by myself. Little did I know my front yard was mostly rock. I started a chat on the Wayfair site, first with AI then quickly escalated to a real person and I was VERY happy to find out that I could add assembly after it had arrived. That was scheduled for two days later. The day before I called the installation services to make sure they knew it included digging a hole. A very friendly and helpful associate, Esther, put me on hold a few times to pull up the actual instructions and size hole required. She then confirmed that she had made them aware of the required digging. They arrived on time today and an hour later I had a working fountain that I couldn't be happier with - both looks and sound. I love, love this fountain! The bases are wide and don't topple when, for example, a cat or squirrel jumps on. The 3 tiers are not physically attached, so there is a lot of freedom in how you can arrange them (you'll need help moving the lowest basin, but an adult male can handle the other pieces alone). Most pedestal fountains have a rubber gasket sealing the hole where the pump cord goes, but this has a hidden tube above the waterline to pass the power cord through, so no seal is needed. This made it easy for me to replace the pump with a solar-powered one. I am not a fan of resin, and I really appreciate the "real" look of the stone. Ive been looking for a water fountain for quite some time. I wanted something that would provide conversation privacy from my neighbors, drown out some freeway noise, yet still sound tranquil. What I love about this fountain is the shape, size and overall modern style. Its a heavy solid piece, and it sounds wonderful with just the perfect amount of water flow. Wayfair Delivery was quick and amazing, and my contractor put it together in less than a hour. Everything is built-in, so once you get it centered and level, you just add water and plug it in. Simple, easy concept design! Its more textured than I expected, and unfortunately there are minor nicks all around the exterior and along the rim. I am in love with this. It's just what I wanted. I've had it now for about a month or two and what I noticed is that there are these velcro strips at the top that subtly catch any debris, but mostly it has stayed super clean and nice looking. The fountain sound is really soothing and the lights are a nice touch. Everyone comments on how nice it looks. I created a sort of flow from it in my planter with River Rock I bought on Wayfair as well and a fake rock cover for the electrical. Easy to put together. I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation.
