Beautiful high quality piece of furniture. The TV stand is hard wood (not MDF), very sturdy, and a lovely walnut color (as pictured online). Fits in perfectly with our decor. However, there was a major problem with the right side panel. The drill holes and recesses for the hinges were off by at least an inch. Thanks to my husband’s expert carpentry skills, he was able to create a workable solution. Otherwise, it would have required disassembling and waiting for a replacement side panel. This defect caused much frustration and interior “hacking” of an otherwise beautiful piece of furniture. Not happy with this major oversight on the part of the manufacturer. We got this on sale and it makes me wonder if Wayfair reserves defective furniture like this for their sale items, since most reviewers don’t mention defective pieces.. Carla E. Maryland. What a dynamite piece of furniture! Everyone that sees it goes crazy over it. There is an another manufacturer that makes one very similar for 2 1/2 to 3 times the price yet this one is all solid wood and there's is not. The ventilated backs that are held on with magnets makes doing the wiring exceptionally easy. We have moved it from one city to another and everything still lines up perfectly and works beautifully.. A beautiful piece of furniture! Easy to assemble (one 70 female) except the doors, which required a second pair of hands. The cat wasn’t much help, but she had fun batting little pieces My only “issue” is the extra leg in the middle. It is raw pine and is visible.
