Very disappointed. Only half of the bed showed up. I called customer service twice and they tried to convince me I was wrong but I would not lie about receiving only 1 or the 2 boxes the bed was supposed to come in; the actual bed part never arrived.. Jessica. Tue Sep 01 2026

This is one of the worst beds we’ve purchased. We hated enough that after my husband built it with the terrible instructions he immediately took it all apart. For the price and effort Of having to build it you can get a better set at a furniture store and they build it for you. We also took a big hit to return it as they charged a large shipping fee. You can see all of the nail holes, it feels like very cheap wood. Just overall not something we would have kept or would ever recommend.. Iris. Mon Oct 12 2026
