These lamps exceeded our expectations! They arrived well packaged, and even though I had already cut the box open before taking pictures, everything inside was protected and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly couldn’t have been easier, it took less than 5 minutes to have both lamps completely set up. The shades fit nicely, and the instructions (though hardly needed) were clear and straightforward. The quality is impressive for the price. The bases have a substantial feel, the finish looks even better in person, and the linen shades give off a warm, inviting light. They look much more expensive than they actually are and fit our space perfectly. Overall, this was another great Wayfair purchase. Revising my rating from 1 star to 5 star! This lamp is so great. I got it for my loft and in my setting it has this industrial/glam/slightly gothic look. My original rating was based on the fact I was shipped the wrong item. I decided to keep the erroneous item (because I liked it too) and Wayfair gave me a credit for the price differential. Then I re-ordered this item and it did take 6 weeks to receive it but I love it. Be aware you will have to assemble the lamp (the arms are not attached) and will have to connect all the wiring. You will need wire strippers. Watch some Youtube videos to learn "how to". Then of course you need to attach all the crystals so it does take a while. It is annoying that the description does not note all this, but I figured it out and turned it into a fun rainy day project. My previous review: Order was delivered in a timely manner, but I received a completely different item! I received the lower priced item sold as "Pomilla" which is a smaller lamp with 4 arms and fewer crystals. This item is supposed to have 5 arms. Very disappointed because I have had repeated ongoing issues with this supplier with my order of the floor lamp version (damaged items shipped, replacements repeatedly cancelled for no valid reason, new orders cancelled for no reason). This supplier has some great products, but good luck receiving what you order or getting any response if there's a problem with the shipment.
