Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face.
