I waited for the Memorial Day Sale and got it at a great price! Shipping was fast. It said three boxes but box two was inside box one. I was able to lay out all of the pieces and everything was labeled very clearly. I worked on one step each night and with the exception of the steps that required two people I was ably to assemble this alone in a week. The only slow part was the roof panels have a plastic on BOTH sides that has to be removed. This took a little over four hours but it came of clean and easy (the metal is sharp). I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. The canopy bed is beautiful and was easy to assemble. The instructions included are accurate and easy to follow. I only knocked a star off because the top and bottom "F" pieces did not screw in on the left side of the bed because the screw holes didn't align properly. I even tried turning them around, flipping them upside down and swapping the places of the 2 bars, to no avail. But I just left the bars slotted into the brackets and I think it will be ok..they are just not secured with screws on that side of the bed.
