I’m giving it 4 stars because I got what I expected. I got the navy. I agree with another reviewer who said it comes across teal, it is a cool tone blue overall because of the lighter blue mixed in. It laid flat pretty fast and I have a rug pad under it. It’s a cheap rug but it looks good. I wanted something striking because I have a grey couch and walls in a big bright room.
