Yes, they are expensive and worth every penny! I'm not sure WHY the title has the word "Sateen" in the description. These are the same SUPERIOR brand sheets I have purchased for 12-15 years and they are 100% Egyptian Cotton and sturdy not thin like many of sateen sheets are. Let me start by saying our experience with Stearns and Foster was fantastic from start to finish. We recently replaced our 10 yr old Stearns and Foster with a new Lux Estate Pillow Top Firm. Delivery was really quick. The mattress is sooooo comfortable! The pillow top cradles me while providing tons of support.
