Also, the new knives have a slightly different handle. Same shape and color, just a different material. A better more comfortable material. Has a great hand feel. Good work! Perfectly weighted and made with heat-forged stainless steel, these knives will cut through any steak like butter – and their quality is guaranteed for years to come.

I bought two sets of these to replace the bargain bin steak knives I've had forever. I love the single-tang construction, and I can throw them in the dishwasher (because I'm lazy). They have nice heft, cut well, and look nice. I almost wish they weren't serrated, but that's a very minor complaint.. Hannah. San Ramon, CA. Tue Dec 16 2025

Overall, it's a good knife set. The knives are very sharp and look nice, but the blade edges seem a bit too thin and delicate. One of the knives accidentally fell on the floor, and the edge bent. I expected better durability from HENCKELS.. Meltem. Sun Oct 11 2026

Inverted blade serration for a prolonged cutting edge. Inverted serration gives you the smooth cut of a fine edge, the blade that will stay sharp over years of use. This high and low serration distributes blade wear and tear, throughout a two-step process; delaying potential dulling. As the larger teeth wear down on hard ceramic surfaces, the smaller teeth remain sharp.

Nice knives! Great for everyday or special occasion!. Megan. Naples, FL. Tue May 19 2026
