The rectangular shape of this pan was inspired by the Japanese makiyakinabe pans that are used for rolled omelets called tamagoyaki. The rectangular omelet can be filled and rolled evenly and then cut into slices with an identical diameter. A similar process is used for the Korean dish gyeran-mari.Apart from these traditional uses, the STAUB Egg Roll Pan is also a great tool to bake crêpes or pancakes, leading to the same advantages of even filling and rolling – and surprising your guests with a novel form of the beloved dish. This Egg Roll Pan measures 6*8 in, resulting in an egg roll that serves at least two people for breakfast or as an addition to their bento boxes. The high sides allow for big rolls with a lot of delicious filling. The enameled cast iron of the pan distributes heat evenly, which results in consistent coloration of the omelet or pancake: golden as traditional in Japan, or a light brown like a Breton galette.

Love it! Perfect to make small steak bites on the grill and other apps and various uses!. Jeremy. US. Sun Sep 13 2026

Serve fresh fish directly from the oven to the table: For example, you can gently cook flavourful fish in the cast-iron serving dish from the Staub series and then serve it right to the table afterwards. The oval, elegant design in black draws all attention to your fish dishes in a stylish manner. The serving dish can hold up to 0.7 litres and has an attractive appearance thanks to the lid’s striking brass knob. The lid is also equipped with small nubs to redistribute accumulating condensation to the fish, so that it remains juicy during cooking and the flavours can develop fully. All in all, the dish is 36 cm long (including the handles), 8.4 cm high and 20 cm wide. Crafted from the same legendary enameled cast iron as Le Creuset cookware, the 9-in. round signature trivet protects surfaces from heat and condensation. The clever footed design elevates hot dishes, platters, and cookware above counters and tables while also allowing air to circulate underneath. Silicone pads on the feet provide a stable base and help protect surfaces. Note: Do not place this product in an open flame or directly on any heat source. When used as a surface protector, some heat transfer is possible and should be used with caution on vulnerable surfaces such as natural wood, polished or lacquered wood, plastic table coverings, or cork-backed table mats.
