Works pretty good! The outside is mirrored when it’s sunny and the inside is tinted as we got the black/silver. The reflection is a little blurry from the outside so not 100% professional look but gets the job done from neighbors looking in on us!! Will need to put down shade when cloudy or dark outside. Works as advertised! I love it. It’s a nice weight material, not flimsy or cheap looking. The design is slightly 3D. I had to put mine on sideways as I couldn’t get 3 vertical panels without buying another roll. It’s actually 23.6”W x 35.4” H. I followed the instructions using soapy water & it worked perfectly.
