Really beautiful, but prepare yourself honestly for some work. This chandelier is definitely a statement piece, but took over two hours for assembly. Each one of the ginkgo flowers needs to be attached and screwed on with a small set screw. It takes a lot of patience, but if you have it, it’s worth it. The end result is really spectacular. The company was great to work with as well. Some of the flowers came broken and they sent replacements right away. I’ve also seen other reviews on similar light fixtures that the flowers were plastic, these were definitely ceramic and overall extremely affordable for the quality of the workmanship.. Jill. Nipomo. This is another one of those things that I loved when I saw it and then saw it again...and again. So I finally got it! So happy with it. It is absolutely perfect in the room I got it for. Do note that the lamp comes with plenty of cord and chain to hang it from a higher ceiling. I have a standard height ceiling in the room pictured and installed the lamp by using just the chain lock connector that came with the supplied chain. It worked beautifully, with the lamp not hanging too low in the room for my preference when installed this way. The metal finish on this is very nice as are all of the glass pieces. Installation was pretty straightforward, with the part that took the longest being attaching the glass pieces to the frame. These are lovely lights. I purchased 3 to hang from a high cathedral ceiling.The fabric has a very soft pattern that I believe helps to diffuse the light. Although the fabric appears a bright white, and depending on the bulbs you pick, when they are on, it is soft and muted. We put ours on a dimmer, and they can be bright or a really soft accent. At night, stunning. These are very elegant and I feel they can be used in any setting from mid century, to traditional. In my case, it is transitional.These are semi flush mount, and I needed them to hang about 3 feet lower, so we were able to find matching brass rods and the connectors and it looks wonderful.
