This is a nice sturdy desk. It does take hours to put together but the instructions are easy to follow and very accurate. I gave it only 4 stars because of the time it takes and the fact that the electrical part of the desk could have been easier to hide cords and such. Overall the workbench is very well made and extremely sturdy. It was very easy to put together with clear instructions. The only negative is that the top had a small crack at one end and a few other dings right out of the box. They don't impact performance and I'm OK with that. Otherwise the product is great!. Throw out your old fold up plastic party tables! I can see why these tables would be ideal for an office but they are also awesome space saving heavy duty tables for a party! I have mine in my garage currently for a drink station but also used as an extra table for the holidays! Love this desk! One of the gears does not line up super square, and there was plenty of casting sand attached to the legs. One small ding in the front of the desk top, but not a big deal to me. Others have commented that the desk does not move up & down readily. It makes me wonder if they put any grease on the worm gear. Be generous with the grease. Desk works great! I did not tighten the wood handle super tight, so it rotates in my hand when I lower the desk. I also skip it when raising the desk top. Instead I use the wheel, like on a large valve or a ships hatch. Not as convenient as mashing a button, but it goes with the style. Plenty of room for double 24” montiors.
