Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. A few things to note: 1) I ordered "brown" but it really reads "gray"; however, the color is pretty neutral so it goes with anything; add some pillows and it looks great; 2) the back is FIRM so you really sit upright on it; this isn't something you sink into; 3) it's really comfortable to lay down on, which is what I wanted. This is a classic cottage style round arm sofa with a very soothing color palette of blue, green, and ivory. The body fabric is woven with a linen like texture in a medium blue with a slight touch of green mixed in. The square accent pillows are a beautiful floral and leaf outline pattern in green and ink blue on an ivory background. The kidney pillow is a broken stripe in the same colors. The seat cushions are loose non-reversible, and the back cushions are attached. The fabrics on this sofa are performance that is both durable and easy to clean. This sofa will fit into any size floor plan. Seats three people comfortably.
