The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This terrazzo solid surface tub was even BETTER in person than the pictures reveal! It has a beautiful stone detail that I expected to be smallerless noticeable from the pictures online— I’ve included pictures in different lighting of the drain plug.
