My experience with Wayfair was wonderful. This mattress is exactly as described and pictured. The instructions said to let it sit for 48 hours so it can expand which we're doing at the moment. This mattress has truly been a great lifesaver for our back pain. My husband has a herniated disc and requires a very firm mattress. I think this mattress will be great! I just opened it yesterday so I think it is still working itself out (its a little lumpy looking) but i think once its had some time it will be great. Maybe this is a me problem since I didn’t think about it in advance but this mattress is extremely thick, which means standard sheets will not be able to reach over the top of tuck underneath it. The mattress is perfectly comfortable (I bought a twin size for my sons bed) but I’m now annoyed that I will have to buy all new sheets with deep pockets if I want to be able to tuck them in, which I like to do to have a clean look..
