Unfortunately, the track was damaged in the first shipment. However, they sent me out a replacement and everything looks great! We bought this Door22 system to close off a washer and dryer area located in a hallway directly in plain sight from our living room. Therefore keeping the space modern and sleek was very important for us. So we needed something modern and full-glass - not heavy looking like a lot of other options out there. This one checked all the boxes! Delivery & Packaging: FedEx dropped off a boxes with literally footprints on it . Thankfully, the glass was perfect! The packaging was fantastic - thick foam, reinforced corners, every panel wrapped individually, and even the aluminum frames had that peel-off film like new electronics. It felt very high-end and protected. Installation: The directions are fine, but the QR code video was a lifesaver. It’s not a complicated install, just pay attention when lining up the top and bottom tracks that’s all. Also, get your silicone and a laser level ready. And pro tip: keep a spray bottle of soapy water handy if you’re using silicone… trust me, it saves a mess. Minor Cons: Would love matching vertical trim for the sides to finish it off. No handles - you end up touching the frame a lot, which means fingerprints. We’ll add small pulls later although it’s probably much sleeker looking without hardware It’s not soundproof (it’s more of a light interior door system), but it definitely muffles the noise coming from the washer and dryer much better than expected. Overall: This door system looks gorgeous. It completely transformed our space - bright, clean, and modern. Even with a few small things that could be improved, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat … by the way, it’s difficult to beat this price, we couldn’t find anything remotely close to it with a similar look. The doors are very nice and came well protected in their packaging. They look great and operated very smoothly. The only gripe I have is that the adjustment screw head is nearly impossible to get a tool onto as it sits at the very top of the cutout for the wheel mechanism. I found it best to loosen the wheel plate screws, level the panel, then re-tighten the two plate screws...then use your fingers and a small needle-nose to tighten the adjustment screw.. Steven. Very nice quality for the price! I love the way it turned out. I used it as a partition for my studio apartment to give a more industrial look without paying thousands of dollars. This screen comes in four pieces to put together. It says to use caulking but I didn’t use any caulking or any of the screws that came with it because I didn’t need it for the purpose I was using it for it holds up perfectly fine with out it. The instructions are more complicated than it needs to be but they were understandable non the less. If you purchase don’t expect to contact the manufacturer for any assistance because they are no help. It is very heavy but I am a women and was able to put it together and lift it in my own.
