I knew I needed a decorative handrail, but I accidentally ordered the 7-foot size, which ended up being too long for my space. I also ordered it in black, and once I saw it in the room, I realized the color was a little too dark for my overall design. Thankfully, neither issue was a problem! My contractor was able to cut the railing down to the perfect size and prime and paint it. It took the paint beautifully. I absolutely love the final look! The decorative detail adds so much character and gives the space a beautiful, custom, upscale finish. Sometimes an accidental purchase works out better than the original plan, and this definitely did!. Sharina. Thu Sep 17 2026

I installed this handrail between my attached garage and the entry step into my house. I was initially looking at using a grab bar for this purpose, but realized that a grab bar would look too "institutional" for what I wanted, which was a transition from the garage into my home. I ordered the oil-rubbed bronze railing. It is very good quality and looks more like a stair railing that could be used inside a home vs. a garage. I wanted something that would be functional, as well as nice looking. This works for me.. Pam. Lincoln, NE. Wed Mar 11 2026

The handrail looks good along with the brackets that attached to the wall.
