It was SUPER easy to put together. It had the same screws basically for everything, so it was hard to mess up. The tracking of the shipment was also super convenient and accurate. I was thrown off with the staircase handrail, it’s not very kid friendly to hold onto because it’s low. For comparison, our other gate (which weve had for a long time and still use for our puppy elsewhere) was easily 2 to 3 times more expensive than this one, yet it doesnt even have an auto-close feature. I like this and I am small enough fit through the gate, but my elderly father has trouble with it and his caregiver has trouble fitting through it and opening and closing it. My dog is 15 pounds and can’t get out of it, so that is the best part. Perhaps my Dad’s caregiver will figure out how to open and close it.
