The floor tile easy to adjust and easy to cut right to size with a good pair of scissors or utility knife. Installed in a old out of square bathroom. It took a few extra days to ship past estimated shipping date . I think I might even try peel & stick back splash next. We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. The product has been durable and continues to look great. It feels much less cold underfoot than the ceramic tile it replaced.
