The floor tile easy to adjust and easy to cut right to size with a good pair of scissors or utility knife. Installed in a old out of square bathroom. It took a few extra days to ship past estimated shipping date . I think I might even try peel & stick back splash next. Gray polished 18x18 marble tile

this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs w/ 20mil wearlayer.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
