This one is a medium size and it's excellent with an airtight lid. You can fit quite a bit inside and it's all nice and secure whilst travelling, intact I can fit enough lunch for myself and my partner in it and because it's stainless steel when I've taken it out in the cooler bag salads and fruit stay nice and cool .
