The first cabinet I received had dents in several parts (1 pic included in this review.) I called wayfair they sent me out a whole new cabinet. I have never had a problem with Wayfair customer Service. They are genuinely interested in helping making sure you are pleased with the product you receive. They have always readily replaced a damaged or defective item Im happy to say this still holds true after years of purchasing from them I did not have to repack the dented cabinet, which would have been impossible, they told me to just throw it out. Once I put the cabinet together I loved it. Looks great is very functional for my intended use which is my art room. My husband cant believe how good it looks how it looks like wood. I included one picture of the inside screws that fasten the sides to the back because I had trouble seeing the holes and which way the sides fastened on. Once I figured it out turned the sides opposite the way I had them the whole thing went together quickly. I love the look but it doesn’t come without some issues. There were several deep dents and scrapes on this. The directions had a several typos (Picture shows directions labeling a screw B but there’s no B screw.) Some design choices like the magnets on the door were not the greatest. Update they sent the replacement doors, super easy to replace - not perfection, but better and adequate. I chose the Amerlife stainless steel work cabinet (24x36) with double doors, sink, and trash bin opening with a natural stainless steel finish. It arrived very well packaged but it still arrived with damage - a puncture with blunt force which dented in the front doos. It took approximately 2 hours for me too both unpackage and assemble. It looks pretty good but the build quality is lacking in a fee welds and joints -but it still likes good enough for its purpose. I intend to use this as part of my outdoor kitchen. I bought a similar unit which is just a food prep area and also another unit which functions as a corner. Im hoping the manufacturer can send me a replacement piece for the part that was damaged - its already been a week and a half - and the part has to come from China. Ill send an update once this problem is resolved. I tried to hammer out the dents as best as I could, but its impossible with my current tools and skill, but if you pay a premium price for stainless, consumers should not have to repair their own products.
