This works perfectly in our kitchen. I did have to put wheel rubber stops under the wheels, so no movement. I didnt need the rack and paper towel holder. OK, this was REALLY difficult to put together. My Mom and Dad and I worked on it for two days. Pictures and instructions are less than clear, especially when putting in the drawer slides, and we ended up having to take them off and reposition them after we’d already put the bottom and top pieces together. If I could have hired someone to assemble this for me, I would have, and if you can, you probably should. That said, it’s perfect for what I wanted. We just received our Kitchen Hutch yesterday and have yet to open it, I will leave a review again after opening and checking everything over from inside the boxes. I will take pics. Delivery was on time and placed on our porch, husband brought it inside with no problem other than it was heavy. After putting this together (husband did the project) we have missing white covers like heavy duty stickers to cover major screws which are dark black and stand out like a sore thumb. Also a few scratches and flaws that need paint touch ups. My husband had a blanket on the floor so he was not the culprit. It will take time for door and drawer adjustments. Looks great and very solid construction. Would definitely purchase again. Description says real wood and it is real wood not particle or press board. Pine with a baked on finish which looks fantastic. Assembly is simple and the directions are straightforward. Everything aligned perfectly and it took about 45 min to assemble both boxes. We found that attaching and aligning the doors was easier with 2 people. Aligning the doors took some patience but once we got the hang of the hinge adjustment, we got it done.. Robert. Its an amazing piece of furniture. It took me about 6-8 hours by myself, but thats because I suck at reading the instruction manual and made an evening of it. This will require diligence and time. I like this stainless steel prep table overall, especially for the price. It’s a solid value for a piece that looks professional and offers a ton of storage. The stainless finish is clean and modern, and once everything is assembled, it actually looks great. The assembly was more challenging than I expected. A few of the metal pieces arrived with minor bends or dents. I was able to get everything aligned, but it definitely took two people. I usually build even large furniture by myself, so this stood out. The bigger issue is the base of the cabinet. The “floor” inside doesn’t sit completely secure in mine, so if you place heavy items on one side, the other side can lift slightly. It doesn’t make the unit unusable, but it’s something to be aware of if you plan on storing plates or heavier items in the lower cabinet. It is also pretty lightweight, so you’d want it against a wall or have another way of securing it. Once set up, though, the shelves are useful, the top is sturdy, and the stainless steel is easy to wipe clean. For the price point, it’s a good-looking and functional piece, and I’m ultimately happy with it.
