Stainless Steel Jelly Roll Pan

Roast, toast, warm, and bake on this standard-size jelly roll pan. Slightly smaller than Nordicware half sheet to fit European ovens.

So I believe I bought this jelly roll pan a couple of years ago. I am careful to wash and dry immediately after each use. I don't put it into the dishwasher and avoid harsh chemicals. These 15.8" X 11.3" aluminum jelly roll pans are just what I need to update my baking pans. I've already washed them and added them to my collection. I usually bake with parchment, but these pans are nonstick so that's a benefit. The care instructions on the back of the packaging are worth reading.
