Nice product overall, but mine arrived with cosmetic damage in and around the sink basin. Some assembly pieces were also missing. The table I ordered and wanted was 59". The Wayfair site only listed 59" tables. When I ordered it said I ordered a 47" table. I canceled and tried again. I finally call customer service and ordered what I wanted. The receipt showed tge 47" table. The customer service person said not to worry it happens all the time. I trusted her and got what I wanted. Delivery: First it was to be delivered on Friday, then Saturday and finally the next business day. I assumed that would be Monday. Lucky for me it was Sunday. The assembly directions were a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. The product was barely ok. There were imperfections in the finish. I wonder if it had been returned as the shipping box really looked tough.. I love this sink so much that I actually purchased two! Both from the same company, both from Wayfair! I purchased this full stainless double tub sink, I also purchased the single sink version, absolutely fantastic products from this company! The stainless steel is a nice heavy gauge on this sink, and although it was delivered with the exterior box absolutely destroyed, that one is on the delivery company, it was packaged so incredibly well there was no damage whatsoever. Not even a scratch on the stainless. I have not fully assembled it yet sadly, because it is going in my greenhouse, which I have already closed up for the winter here in upstate New York. You can use this sink interior or exterior, which is such a plus, it would actually look great on an outdoor patio as part of a larger cooking station. I posted a photo of the instructions theyre very, very easy to follow, and all tools needed for the assembly are included. The price for this beautiful piece here on Wayfair was actually below what I was willing to pay, I honestly feel like it is worth much more. The shipping was fast and free, I was able to track its progress on my account page, every step of the way. Great quality for the price! I assembled it & I can say it meets my expectations. Love the nano coated sink & the towel bar, & once assembled this is good and sturdy. All parts came padded & wrapped in plastic so nothing out of the box was damaged or scratched. I knocked 1star off bcz: (1) the top panel across the front of the sink is a cheaper gauge that the sturdy bottom shelf (the better gauge they note applies to that shelf ONLY), so to me this looks like it it's going to dent bcz it's in the zone where all the wear/activity will be - where you lean, hold things, drop stuff (2) I opted to purchase a separate faucet since the one that came with it rated poorly, but the faucet hole is slightly too small for standard US faucets so I'll have to grind or file it down to install.
