This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas. One of my favorite dressers. Definitely does not feel like cheap wood. It is a nice solid dresser. The drawer space is very spacious and fits several pairs of jeans. This 3 Drawer Mid-Century Modern Dresser is a nice eclectic addition to my guest room. The dresser is solid wood, and comes partly assembled (the drawer slides are already in place on the drawer and side pieces), making assembly go that much quicker. It did take my husband and myself about an hour and fifteen minutes to assemble this. We did use an electric drill/screwdriver for some of the steps, but you can assemble just using a screwdriver and a bit of muscle. One of the legs for the dresser did have a big scratch in it, but we just faced that part towards the inside/back so it does not show. The drawers go in a bit hard at first, but after they are in the slides and are opened/closed a few times, they go in smoothly. Overall, this is a solid piece of furniture and should hold up well for a long time. I am contemplating purchasing two more of these to use as bedside tables in my primary bedroom.. Kimi. Overall we really like the dresser - we have a smaller room and wanted something a bit more narrow to fit our area. We love the style and feel it will hold up well. Pros: this is definitely not a solid wood dresser (which is how it’s advertised of course), but it feels sturdy enough. On furniture that tends to be cheaper, I always worry about misaligned drawers, but these all look great and lined up well. Cons: though easy to put together, the assembly process was time consuming. The drawers appear to be nice and deep, but they are more shallow than expected (the front of the drawer is much larger than the actual drawer itself). There is an irreparable blemish on a small part of the laminate that appears to be either damage in shipping or a manufacturer issue. There are some color inconsistencies on the front of the dresser in perfectly straight lines - it appears the tape/strapping material led to a slight discoloration. Overall if I was expecting perfection we would have spent a bit more money, but the quality for the price is good.
