We just received the item the other day, so I couldn’t really review the wear and tear. However, the shipping was fast and item came in as expected. Assembly was easy. Aesthetically, it looks sturdy and the different color bags is perfect to separate the laundry via colors. Unlike my last laundry basket, this was easy to roll to over carpet and unto the laundry room. I am 5’5” so reaching down to the bottom of the bags was not a problem.
