The cart is very sturdy and well-constructed. The only issue I have with the cart is the folding padded chairs I have do not fit in the cart fully. I have to angle them to sit in the cart, they don't lay flat against the handles. It's about 5/8" too narrow between the two rails. I have the padded folding metal chairs which are standard size. Easy to assemble and appears sturdy. Would only be able to hold 25 folding chairs if they are "thin." The Lifetime folding chairs, which I have, can hold 12 stacked "front to back" and every other.
