Bring quiet confidence to your everyday routines with the KOHLER Cachet ReadyLatch® Quiet-Close™ elongated toilet seat, a thoughtful blend of subtle styling and smart engineering that fits most elongated toilets. Installation takes only a screwdriver and happens entirely from above the bowl, so there is no reaching underneath to tighten anything. Grip-Tight bumpers hold the seat firmly in place to prevent shifting, while Quiet-Close™ technology lowers the lid and seat gently to prevent slamming. When it is time to clean, the ReadyLatch® hinge securely locks the seat in position, yet releases easily so you can lift it away and reach every corner. Nice. The plastic hinges on the one we had (different brand from a different source) snapped. Tried a replacement from a well-known fixtures company, but what was advertised as slow-close wasn't. This is a definite upgrade. Solid, like the metal hardware.. Jeff. Arlington, VA. Thu Aug 20 2026
