They sent a replacement unit that appears to be more sturdy than the original. They refuse to stand behind this product or help me resolve my issue. They gave me two phone numbers for the manufacturer; one that went straight to voicemail, and another that was disconnected. They keep telling me "my happiness matters" but have done nothing productive to resolve my issue. ---------------- ORIGINAL Review: Metal frame is unstable and literally broke apart less than 8 months after purchase. Very disappointed with this product and with Wayfair. I contacted customer service, as no piece of furniture (metal at that) should break in such a short period of time.
