This mosaic wall mirror looks so beautiful in real life! The only problem is, it took the shipper 3 times to wrap it sufficiently so the mirror wouldn't break. After the second mirror arrived for free as I had reported that the glass was shattered due to poor wrapping, I couldn't believe that it was also broken! I called CS again and asked them if they could contact the shipper and explain that it needed bubble wrap and protection. They did that and then the third time was the charm! Hopefully, the shipper has made note for all new orders to be sufficiently wrapped and protected. The mosaic glass frame is actually quite subtle and looks like it costs a lot more than it does. Just as was the case with the green stone's tiles mirror, this item was packed the same way. A smaller box with the product inside a larger box that had nothing to keep it secured from moving around inside. The fate of this one was worse. The outer box was basically destroyed by FedEx and ripped open. The inner box containing the product was damaged and so too was the product. The mirror was broken in half and came off of the metal frame. Needless to say, I requested a replacement, but it is on me to send back a shattered mirror and frame. Otherwise, you are charged for the replacement item. ** Update, I received the replacement item and it survived shipping and intact! The mirror is very nice. I expected it to have some kind of bracket ATTACHED. For mounting to a wall, it comes with 4 metal L-shaped brackets that you mount to a wall, then slide the mirror into it.
