This mirror frame is actually bamboo that has been painted black. It is not black bamboo. The color is a consistent flat black. Each piece is placed perfectly and individually nailed into place. This must have been done by hand. Wonderful attention to detail as each piece is level and without any bamboo splitting. It creates a solid frame for the mirror itself.
