This rug definitely lives up to its name. It is classy and feels so very soft. I recently received this rug and put it directly in the washer and dryer, on low. When I took it out of the dryer, it came out warm and fluffy. I bought the Coral color since I was changing the color scheme in my bathroom. I have never used this color so I was a little worried it wouldn’t match my towels and other rugs but I was so wrong. This little rug is just perfect for us . Actually i would rate this product a zero star. There are 12 mats in the box, they are thin and flimsy, not at all like a rug. Wayfair's return policy for this product is less than stellar. They didn't want the product back and would only give me a 20% refund; otherwise I would have to pay the shipping costs. The box was quite heavy; not sure that the shipping cost would be economical. I love the quality - it's very hard now to find cotton bathmats that don't have rubber on the back - although I wish both sides were knotted. One side is tufted, which gets smashed down when wet. Apparently, that's supposed to be the "right" side and my other complaint is that the labels were sewn into the edge of the knotted side, which I use most often.
