Avoid prolonged contact with acid substances (ex. lemon/vinegar). Avoid using cleaning solutions containing ammonia or lemon. Avoid using any form of chlorine bleach which will discolor stainless steel. Dry immediately.

This is a nice set of four "scoops". They will work nicely with a charcuterie board that needs to be scooped. One concern is that the handles have a kind of tarnished look.
